QUALITY & MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (QM)
Our QM system ensures that all activities relating to quality and production are planned, controlled and monitored. This is the only way to reliably fulfil all customer requirements. To this end we draw up, maintain and document a quality management system covering all stages and complying with DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485. Production processes and information flow are precisely defined in our quality management system. In addition to this we can directly implement all customer requirements too, of course - for example using additional forms from the customer QM system which are returned with the end product. In this way we ensure that the trust placed in HG Medical’s quality and performance is justified - both now and in the future.
