HG Medical Gmbh is a production company specialising in orthopaedic implants. We process materials such as titanium, high-grade stainless steel, and PEEK, using the most state-ofthe- art machinery available on the world market.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
In addition to overlays defined by the customer, HG Medical additionally assures quality by applying electronic and optical techniques such as extremely precise laser scanning, state-of-the-art tolerance measurement techniques and accurate comparative tests. We then subject every implant to a further intensive manual check carried out by our staff.
DEVELOPMENT
Independent certifications also allow us to develop new product lines for customers.
